Just Moved to South Clare/Limerick

I am looking for a bit of assistance from anyone that fishes the Shannon estuary or South Clare region. I have just moved the family over from Dublin and I am looking for someone to kindly let me know some spots to source bait, any marks or general tips......? I have researched the site/net but any further help would be grately appreciated
