The Recent red tide

On June 25th I headed to a mark to see if the water was any clearer & luckily it was, the recent bit of rough sea seem to do the trick & the water was getting back to it s usually clarity.
I baited up with a one hook rig with some lug drop down along the rock edge but the bites were few & far between but after a bit of shifting around I caught four nice Wrasse all around the 4o cm mark

July 17th
I went to dig a few Lug & hit the same mark as last time to see if the fishing had picked up. I started on the first Wrasse mark which I’ve some great size fish over the years, baited the hook with Lug dropped it down but not a nibble
