People:Me and Tipp John

Duration:11-6.00

Tide:rise

Weather:windy and hazy rain

Bait:mack and squid

Rigs:pulley rigs

Results:19 Ray and 3 Dogs

Report:
Headed off at 6.30 am on Saturday morning. Foot to the floor and arrived in Clifden for 10.00. Went and had the breakfast and then headed to the fishing spot. Tried a different mark this time to my last trip. First bait in the water for 11.00. Whitin 10 minutes had me first ray of the day. I thought lovely. Were goin to have a good day. We had 6 fish in the first hour and then the fishing died. Not a bite for the next 3 hours while the tide was rising. Then the fishing took up again. Fish every cast for the next few hours. Another 16 fish landed. :D Packed up at 6 and headed back to the van for the 3 and half hour drive home. Exhausted by the time I got home but very happy
