A FEW MARKS NORTH ANTRIM COAST 26/05/12

People:me, neil, marty

Duration:sat nite, all day sunday

Tide:both

Weather:sunshine, sunshine, sunshine and flat calm

Bait: mackerel, lug, lures

Rigs:pulley, lures

Results: x amount of dogs and pollock.




Report:

well guys im in abit of a hurry here and ill be short and sweet.
headed out sat nite and we had a few marks in mind sat nite was a great nite to sit out it never got dark with the sun going down but the light still on the horizon. it was slow enough with just 6 dogs caught between us we were in the hopes of sum big pollock the next day so i headed to a few pollock marks with lures and bait, and got some good pollock about 15 between us it was great sport and great to get out in that weather. sorry for being so short,

cheers al it was good sport on light tackle. when r yous for rathlin, i dont think ill make it too july this year because goin on holiday at the start of july and abit of saving needs to be done. there or sum big pollock to be got over there mate. any info u need give me a shout, and i hope u guys get on well.

thanks fagan. i was thinking about this weekend, but after looking at the forecast i think i'll leave it for a few weeks :roll:
it will just be a case of keeping an eye on the weather and putting something togeather mid week for the weekend. so i'll keep in touch man :D
