Malahide Estuary

I am wondering if there is any point in fishing malahide estuary. I have seen big mullet swimming along the top of the water but are there any other species worth fishing for and where would the best place to fish from. Does anybody know anything about the small stone beach when you go through the park across from centra at Seabuary

Below the railway viaduct there is a pool which can be fished for mullet, flounder, eels and the odd bass.
