People:only me fishing

Duration:7pm-3am

Tide:rising

Weather:great

Bait:razor.rag,lug,mack,crab (peeler,softies)

Rigs:flappers

Results:9 dogs 2 whiting 1 common hound (pup) 1 starry hound (pup)




Report:
a few of us headed down to the beach for a session a beer sesssion that is but i took the rods with me had the rods out for about 7 but fishing was very slow with no bites for the first few hours but i did not mind had plenty of beer to keep the sprits up then around 10.30 the dogs came on the feed so it was a dog a cast for a few hours plus a couple of whiting to trow into the mix i got fed up geting dogs so packed 1 rod away and left the other 1 out with some nice juicy crab hoping for a hound witch i did manage but only 2 small pups but was happy enough with them keeped at it till 3 am and called it a night and went to bed

Fair play Alan some amount of fish caught did you keep a dog or two great to see the pups in guess they where at distance.... Will see you at 4ish on Sunday and we get to the mark. :wink:

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...

no dave all fish went back safe and sound and yes the pups were got at distance and fell to softies

great result mate nice too see some hounds being caught as im heading down the east coast this week too hopefully catch my first hound. :D :D
