ive used very similar ones made out of epoxy for rainbows with good success, i imagine any predatory fish will go for it

Nice looking pattern. A silver with green back version would kill for pollock too. Especially if you were to add a little marabou into the tail for some extra movement, lethal!

It's lead hopefully it will have a wounded fish action it's also to take some of the buoyancy out of the foam body, the colours are sharpie permanent markers they do loads a colours, and the shiny stuff i got from unwrapping one of those party balloon weights,The cone shaped things, also could use a crunchie chocolate bar wrapper or what ever u spot ,I'm always on the look out,if the pattern is popular I'll name it the Balbriggan baitfish ,Only joking :D

Ps don't forget the coat of epoxy

No pollock is safe! That looks great, I like your idea with the lead to solve the buoyancy issue too. Lovely looking stuff!

Nice bait fish imitation eoghanb might have a go at these thanks for showing how you do it. Just getting into SWFF this year , find it a bit more challenging than fly fishing on rivers and lakes but that's what im liking the most still haven't had much luck yet though.
