was down in Courtown doin some work so decided to bring the rods and have a few casts. Had a run of blanks over past few weeks so wanted to catch something to get rid of bad luck. Fishin was quiet overall. 2 fish landed. Missed a nice bite on me last cast. Job done. Beat the blank. Seen a few fish jumpin around as sea was like a flat calm lake. Ready for Galway now the weekend. Hopefully there's a few ray around
