have to say i was awful impressed with the turnout and the organisation of this event

over 4k was raised for the RNLI in Courtown

there were over 90 anlgers as far as i am aware of

the quads carrying gear onto the beaches was a great help

the staff and volunteers of the RNLI was very courteous and generous with the soup, sandwiches and tea/coffee for all on arrival to the station after the competition

the prizes that were donated from up and down the east coast were amazing

great credit to joe and all in the courtown club and all the volunteers on the day

even though the sea was boiling and the fishing tough on some stretches on the day there was still great catches in the late 20s

well done all
