five mile point and snoods bitten off

People:14 of us

Duration:8 to 10 pm

Tide:bottom of tide

Weather:cold wind from sw

Bait:everything

Rigs:everything

Results: dogs ,flounder,whiting ,r/ling

Lads report is really for you shore tope men ,just before we finished up 3 lads had their
snoods bitten off ,it had to be tope there was plenty of whiting around .they all got
hit more or less at the same time just as the tide was starting to push .approx time was
between 9.45 and 10 could be well worth a session .weed was ok just picking some up
on the grippers , the lads were all fishing at close range .

Spider crabs I'd say, tope u would have had a nice bite before the snap.

Was out there last weekend and the rod nearly got pulled off the rest and into the drink. Just 1 big bite.

spider crabs two of the rods nearly pulled out of their stands .

The Winter species are alot faster and stronger than the summer crabs Mitch.
