Duration:8 till 10.30

Tide:risin

Weather:lots,strong southerly big sea

Bait:lug eel mac peeler

Rigs:3 hook cascade

Results: 1 bass , 12 whiting, 7 flounder, 2 dab ,3 shore rockling, 1plaice and a dogfish (bless him!)

Report:picked a sheltered mark that i knew would be weed free ,nice surf and coulered water ,bring it on!was busy all night lug was the no 1 bait ran out at 10.15 all 40 gone

still at least they all got eaten and not drownded

have been working in killybegs for a month! no internet access so no reports ! fished some lovely beaches all in total darkness must go up for a weekend of fishing instead of work and see them in daylight

(in the summer!)

Nice fishin Roger, tidy flounder and very nice rockling from Killybegs too.

Nice mixture of species Roger, was the bass camera shy? I recognise the grass in that rockling picture, it's not so much a rock mark as a "grassy knoll", any snipers about?

Nice fishing Roger, have to say the rod you sold me is working a dream its a nice one. Have to try find some better fish to test it out a bit better.

was way up opposite the lighthouse 30 feet above the sea using whiting as bait (begger,s cant be chooser,s

) supervalue,s best

no the bass went straight back he was undersize

just!

few waterford or cork cod would be good! that rod has landed some fine fish incl. my pb bass

glad its getting used it was a shame to see it gathering dust!
