To all members of the forum, it is with sadness that i have just learnt of the death of our friend and contributer to the forum, Big Bill, Bill was a true gentle giant who loved his angling, i had the pleasure of his company at our recent competition in carrickfergus were he introduced me to the forum properly by giving me advice on how to post on the site etc. I dont know the circumstances of big bills passing , but i do know he will be sadly missed in the angling fraternity
I would like to extend my sincere condolences to all his family circle and friends. rest at peace Big Bill

Big Bill
I only had the pleasure of fishing with Bill on a few occasions but as Stuart said he was a true Gentleman and angling enthusiast.
I can only echo the sentiments of the previous posts, my condolences go to his family and friends. He will be sadly missed.
