Just saw this today, its very sad indeed. I have tried to talk to the foreign nationals before as well as our own anglers about having respect for the sea but the number of times ive seen them fishing of cliff tops or on rocky outcrops strewn with seaweed that will be covered at high tide beggars believe. They are putting their lives at risk as well as the volunteers of the RNLI, its only fish at the end of the day and not worth your life and certainly not worth the lives of the RNLI who have to risk theirs to save ignorant people.
