New bass minnow lure

Picked this up a few weeks back and have only got to use it twice! no luck

Anyone used one of these (or similiar) before

whats it good for, where is best to use and in what conditions?

looks an x140 or a shoreline shiner deadly in the dark worked slow

Yes, it does look like a Megabass X-140 SW. If so it is a fantastic bass lure. See here:
