Hawk Cliff 21/8/11

#1 Post by jack01986 »

People: Just me

Duration: 1 till 4

Tide: Rising

Weather: Nice and Sunny

Bait: Rag

Rigs: Float set up

Results: A few wrasse (corkwing and ballans) and some silver fish.

Report: Decided for the day that was in it to get out and try for some wrasse. There were a few lads in the best spot so moved over to tight closer to the swimming area. Got a few small corkwings male and female and got smashed by a big ballan which I managed to land. Caught a few more corkwings and smaller ballans and some silver fish not sure what it is possibly a herring?
