Kerry Coloo rock is no more

#1 Post by dublin13 »

Met Ireland have bought up a load of land and have blocked of access to Coloo rock Saint Brendan's Well
and an area of Valentia Island called Paris.

does any body have any legal knowledge re Right of way

Can the barbed wire obstruction be pulled down or would there be
consequences

It seems to be very heavy handed as there has to be a right of way to the rock

btw I used to fish the old head in Kinsale before the Celtic Tiger stopped fun

Is there an established public right of way?

How long have you been crossing this land to get to the mark? Were you crossing with the owner's permission, or without?

Are you willing to fight for a prescriptive right?
