I'm pretty sure a massive multiple *edit (multi not multiple, stupid phone auto correct) national that buys in mass amounts of "processed" goods are not getting bass from Joe Bloggs the midnight netter. And the stamp says Irish meat not fish.

Now excuse me while I go and untwist my knickers.

20Euro a kilo is the price for farmed bass (imported), 35Euro a kilo is the market price for wild bass (imported).

I highly doubt it is Irish.

its farmed and imported bass,
a friendly phonecall to aldi and i was put onto the marketing office. they reckoned it was a mistake on the site as it wasnt on the paper version but said they would look into it and get back to me,
a few hours later and they did. they apologised and said it was rectified. the girl said it was a mistake by the web design company and the sign was meant to go on a packet of meat.
checked the site a few mins later and it was fixed.
