Report:Left Belfast this morn around 7 30, got there bout 9ish, started fishing the corner, Adrian was just literally in the water and got his doggie, after bout 3 hours the wind picked up so we moved a bit to the other end of the rocks, using a bomber rig, mackerel top hook herring bottom hooked I soon got the thornback which took second hook loaded with plenty of beads and herring, wasn’t long before I hooked a mackerel much to bit of shock, it again took the herring loaded with plenty of beads, we had a long null before the next fish was caught which was my third fish a lesser spotted dog-fish, Adrian caught his dogfish on squid alone ,conour caught his doggies using just mackerel with no beads. On the point of the beech further on down there was a fishing club fishing, got talking to a guy from the club and said they hadn't really got a lot either and was a poor day, around 14 rays few small flat fish, but in all me catching 3 fish in one day is far from a poor day by my standards, second week in a row iv topped the poll in what I can only describe as my very own fathers day slaughtering
