Fishing for Bass and Sea Bream in Brittany

Am taking the family to Brittany for a fort-night next week.
Have got some small bass and sea bream from shore in Brittany before, but this time I have my sights set on some chunkers.
Any tips or helpful info would be mucho appreciated..
