Bait:firetails and frozen sandeel

Rigs: ledger

Results:4 pollack 3 dogfish

Set first up bottom fishing with frozen sandeels on a ledger rig.
Then I decided to try spinning a firetail on 2nd rod.This was my first time using one. First cast caught me a 3ib pollack.

Then dogfish started on the other rod. Eventually aftter 3 in quick succession and missing at least the same again I stopped as the dogfish were getting the upper hand.

Back to the spinning and the pollack were mad for the firetails. Landed 3 more all about 2.5 ilb and missed a load more. Good crack.
