Tide:High 12.30pm

Weather: dry /windy

Bait: feathers, lures, fresh mackerel

Rigs: pulley and two hook flappers

Results: Mackerel, Mackerel and more Mackerel.

Report: Weather conditions were against us and as three of our party were aged 11yrs we decided to give the platforms a miss and stuck to the higher marks. We tried some bottom fishing but it wasn’t really viable from that height. Everyone caught plenty of mackerel and the young lads seemed to enjoy themselves. The swell made for some good photographs even if it did keep us off the better marks. See the gallery for the photo.
