Hi Seanie35,
A gentle word of caution about wearing an immersion suit/dry suit as illustrated. Air gets trapped inside the suit. There is a real danger that if you into the water head first, the air in the suit will end up in the legs, trapping you upside down in the water - not a pleasant idea
I use dry suits in my work and we wear 275 Newton lifejackets (almost twice the bouyancy of a "normal" 150 N lifejacket) to counteract the possibility of this happening.
The other thing about dry suits is that they are bloody hot if you are doing anything other than sitting around in a boat. I think you'll probably boil alive if you were casting for any length of time.
Finally, I'm not too sure about the idea of a pre-owned dry suit......

food for thought mightnt be a good idea after all unless its for beach fishing during a storm during the winter months thanks for the informed advice

My brother bought one of them suits i think they were ex british navy dry suits ,his looked like it was never worn he loves it on the kayak.He got it for a great price too.
