Rigs:2hooks flappers size 1,pulley 4/0

Results:me 8 rays,5 dogs and 1 3brd rockling Lazz 1 ray and 3 dogs

lost the biggest ray over 10lb


Report:Hit the pier at 1800,set up the rods and the baits-after the first 10min Lazz had his first fish-5-6lb thornie
then i had my first with his rod coz he was too busy with his dinner
the next 3 hours nothing just few dogs-the incoming tide brought the rays back mostly on herring and squid cocktail....
I lost the night biggest ray -the pier leg cut the line and the fish gone....
So i have my new PB. 8rays 1night
It was a great session-so we planning back soon-roll on the next trip

Nice one mate that's a cracking session. Hope to give them a bash over the weekend haven't been out for a proper session for ages. Hope I get as many as you did. Give us a shout if you're on for fishing Saturday might be heading down towards Westport.
