Well done lads and great videos.
Just a little tip. The next time you're unhooking doggies.
Grab its tail and bring it up beside it's head.
That way you have both its tail and head firmly gripped in one hand and you'll find it handier to whip out the hook.

at least you did'nt blank danny
. we got out for the first time in ages and headed up to ballycastle beach as it was the only place we could find shelter from the wind. there was a mad surf running and to be honest i did'nt hold out much hope. but we needed to get out regardless of what the weather was doing. i blanked and jordan had 2 turbot and a flounder. but 6 hours of torrential rain took it's toll and we headed home soaked through.

Re: Ballintoy Sat Night/Sunday Morn 21/22 may 2011
yeah dave its pretty sore, iv tried them gloves and stuff the only way to ease it is to completley stop the cold air getting at the hands mate, the fold backs on the fingers still let the cold air at the hands which starts the attack, theres nothing which can be done about it mate ,its a very furstating thing somtimes, somtimes embarissing if im honest, not to worry mate i toke no offence at all, most people wouldnt even have heard of it but it somthing i wouldnt wish on my worse enemy lol, it will take gangereen to set in b4 it stops me fishing mate..take careweedave wrote:fishermandan007 wrote:weedave wrote:thanks for the report. was a rough one on sat night so good on ye for getting out.
