Rathmullan pier Co. Donegal 20/05/2011

#1 Post by zud25 »

People:me And Lazz

Duration:2030-0100

Tide:dropping

Weather:stormly s wind,light rain

Bait:mack, herring

Rigs:feathers,pulley,2hooks flaps

Results:2 macks,5 doggies ,1 thornie

Report:Hit the pier at 2030-it was stormly s wind so we started fishing on te north side of the pier with the back wind.Start with feathers for macks, and set up the rods-with different baits and rigs...
I got the first dogie and then lazz too-the thornie got on the pulley with a big mack and herring cocktail
After then just doggies -NO weed
Finished at 0100 becose it was just 2 hours traweling back to Sligo so the 4-4,5 hours fishing it was a great session

And also i had my first thornie
