Streedagh spinning session Co.Sligo 07/04/2011

People:me and my wife

Duration:2hrs

Tide:Lw

Weather:light S-Sw

Bait:sprats and blue pilks

Rigs:

Results:blankety blank :oops:




Report:Start a quick session at Streedagh-try the year first spinning session.Good surfs running on the edge,but it was L tide so the sea was a weebit colored.try different lures but still nothing-i tought its too early on that place,becose not too deep mark-next time wanna try at ballyconell point with the deep mark.....
Result - Big big BLANK :oops: :oops:
anyway im happy cos we get out in this nice sunshine for a short spinning :D

Roll on the next trip

i know brian :arrow: 3 weeks ago i dont have time for fishing . im in the job 7 day a week in 55-70 hours-this weekend thoo :cry:
From the next week im back to fishing with 2-4 days a week :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I know abaut the beaches-next time i wanna try a bass with fresh lug-hope something :wink:
Flounders plenty just close to Sligo-but me and my mate planning to Teelin at the followen Saturday :twisted:

there gots to be some big pollack for the taking off Streedagh point if spinning with jellies or eels.......will try it out next time I'm down

Hi Brian.i know that just my woman wanna heading out in the sunshine-and the best mark is streedagh with she-she like that mark-last year she got a biggest pollock there it was 6pound :D :D
i know better marks back to sligo way just alone-without wife :twisted:
So hope the best in the followen weeks :wink:

Hi stevo74.i try the jellies there-but i recon ,its the best for wrasse-with eels for seatrout but got many pollock as well :D

Yees :D :P , the season for spinning nearly start just the followen few weeks need for warmig more up

no worry, is always worth to try, you wont cath any fish if you don't. you'll get your trout next time, well done for your braveness :wink:
