who was the guy?

went to BallyLumford Harbour Last night and met a guy off this website,he told me his username but i forgot it when i got home.
who ever it was please reply,he was with his son at the time (caught quite a fair amount of fish as well by all accounts).......
thanks for all the advice given too,much appreciated.

Hi Carl,
Glad advice was useful.
We did have quite a few fish that evening (between 30 and 40 small bits and a few keeper sized coalies and dogs) all of which were returned.
We've been down a couple of times since with similar results but as the schools have started back there just isnt the time.

hi squalus.
its the same for me too, been too busy to do any fishing as of late. Not sure when we will be making a return to Ballylumford, but as soon as we know we'll let you know.
The last time we fished was down at Gobbins and we had a terrible days fishing, but now its experiment time with different methods of tackle, so hope to be catching again.

If you want to fish the Gobbins try rag close to rocks for wrasse.There were always smallish coalies and pollack about as well in the evenings on calm evenings. Now should be prime time.
