2-3 april killcole beach

went there at 17 30 (low tide) catch nothing until high tide start (19 00).
kind of beach you need a high tide i guess anyway.
i fished until 1 in the morning then went my tent,it was little bit cold and rainy but my friends were there (Mr Smirnof and his budy cocacola)
they are great fishing buddy for me :D :D :D
Any way wake up 7 isss and make nice tea on the beach , nice fire fresh tea and sambo gives me some energy to spining but no luck with spining that morning i dont know why,i guess my had also spining it could effecet my spining teqnic :D
morning high tide start and suddenly game change,peace and quiteness all gone.anywere you look lots of dog and all want to eat my baits, I love dogs me self but hate to see them araund me when i am fishing specially if the have fat ugly owner :D
i stop fishing between 1 to 5 ,weather was georgeus and more dog coming constantly ,tide was out anyway and call my mates again Mr. smirnoff and his budy cocacola man .
When high tide start around 6sissss i satart until my friend and his son arive,that point i was litle bit all over the place but i would like to finish last bottle of my vodka :D
when they were fishing i was enjoying to watcing birds and sunset,it was really good day for relaxing :D
what did i catch?
first night
dogfish- I stop counting after 6 or 7 ,they were all over the place
flounder -2
scorpion fish -2
sunday morning
more dogfish :D
nice flat fish well over 30 cm
unfurtunally no sign for bass but i saw couple of seatrout,love to catch one but no sucsess.
didnt try my late advanturist vodka lure on that thay but me and my mate and his son go to Kerry and of this mounth so if i catch something with them i let you know guys.

Thats the best report i've read from Kilcoole :wink: ,i'll have to bring Mr Smirnoff and his buddy Mr Cocacola with me next time and leave Mr Tetley and Mr Kipling at home :lol: :lol: Well done Onur :wink:

sounds like a few nice relaxing days there man :D i love that sort of fishing when you can just kick back and chill out. it's great when you think to yourself that it dose'nt matter if the fish did'nt feed on one particular cycle of the tide as soon enough in 6 hours another cycle will come along. :) :) :) no pressure fishing at it's best :D
