Report:took me a while to put up a report but better late than never,the weather was just fantastic and conditions looked good so decided to get a bit of sea air so got my gear organised and set off to our mark,was a long drive,set off bout 4 and we were at our spot just after 6.it was a scramble gettin the gear out but wanted to make the most of it.anyway we both casted out and waited and waited and waited and waited some more...about an hr went by with nothing,i wasnt actually surprised,wasnt actually expecting anthing,all of a sudden my rod bent over,thought she was gonna snap!!i just stood there staring at this happening for what seemed like an eternity but was only a few seconds before i snapped it of it,i struck and after a few tense minutes eventually brought to my feet my first decent bass of the year
was just stunned;took a few pics before releasing him,he was a hefty fish,not sure of the weight,not long after my sister reeled in a decent flounder,we were both delighted and set off home not long after,not my biggest fish but delighted all the same;the winter was too long!!
