Cork Harbour Light Line Comp No.3 - March 27th 2011

People: Cobh SAC 12 anglers

Duration:9:30am - 2:30pm

Tide:HT 12:06pm (3.2m)

Weather:Hazy sunshine, easterly breeze

Bait:Lug, Crab, Rag, Razor, Mussels, Mack

Rigs:All sorts

Results:670 fish

Report:What a great day we had. The weather was great, the fishing was great, and the craic exceptional. A good mix of fish was had with plenty of cod & whiting showing. Yours truly had 105 fish, including 70 cod but still couldn't get in amongst the prizes :oops: . Well done to new member Evan699 who came in third :D . what line do you use in comp. is it mono or braid? thanx

It doesn't matter, as long as its 15lb or below. For mainline I personally use 15lb braid.

Mick, keep an eye out for our light line comp in Oct....it would make good practice for you and the lads for the fish-offs :wink: !
