courtown/ballymoney 26-3-11

just a quick report as there not much to report hit courtown first and my brother and i fished from 12.30 till 2.30 without a bite so we headed to ballymoney and it was the same story untill my last cast when i picked up a small 3 b rockling so i had 1 last cast and picked up a small plaice at 22cm packed up at 6 and headed home to watch the match no photos as someone took the batterys out of the camera bait used was razor,lug,crab,squid good to beat the blank but not great overall

Was out mt self today just up from Ennereilly and not a thing going.... :(

good to beat the blank man :)
there seems to be a few plaice stating to show up around that way had a very small one my self at courtown 2 weeks ago.
hopefully the fishing starts to pick up soon :roll:

Was going to head down that way on Friday. Glad now I got lazy. Hard luck after the traveling. At least it will puck up soon!

4 of us on Ennareilly only had 2 fish between us .Reckon north easterly wrecked it .

Was that you up at the hump Mick ? We were near the entrance .At least our kids had a great day .Didnt want to go home.

seems to be the same up on the north coast here too... not the best, doin well just to beat the blank!..
good to get out all the same..

Well done on beating the blank :D Had a quick session last night too and not a nibble. Nice to see a few plaice about.

Well done tight lines, i'm sure it was a welcome 22cm plaice though. Makes it seem a bit more worthwhile and sure its still early yet.
