My mate andyl paid a visit recently and asked if I could post a quick report.

Not a lot to say really as he blanked, but it was a nice nice day and thoroughly enjoyable. There was a steady tide run run throughout the session and the bait was going so either the crabs or the shrimps were very active.

What did make the day though was seeing a pod of Pilot Whales and some Dolphins working very close to shore, in fact so close that they surfaced between the rod tip and the point where the line entered the water!!! Although Andy did say he was on form casting, which the photos below would testify:

everything perfect exept the fish about normal for this time of the year :lol: hey at least he got out and got some fresh air and did some whale watching 8)
