#1 Post by carlbfast »

hi again lads.
well after deciding on where me and the gfs dad are gonna go fishing on thursday night we have decided against gobbins and picked portrush harbour instead.
anyone got any info on this place?
we are gonna be fishing right off the end of the harbour (just past waterworld) where the rocks are.
ive only been upto this place twice since being in Northern Ireland so dont know much about it,but i was there last wkend and saw a load of kids fishing it,its not one of those places where your constantly being hassled by kids and tourists is it?

fishing into the harbour you stand a good chance of getting plagued, go over the back wall, down in behind the public viewing platform and try there, you'll not be pestered as much, probably catch more fish, but more than likely lose more gear!
