rockling and flounder, 6/2

#1 Post by eeler »

People:me

Duration:5 hours

Tide:

Weather:nice

Bait:lug, mack, crab

Rigs:3 hook flappers, 2 hook clipped

Results: 11 rockling, 10 flounder, 1 whiteing

Report:Fished tonight for five hours, it was very mild and calm but still a big surf coming in from last night. I only had two flounder after two hours but once the tide turned i was getting doubles and trebles of rockling and flounder on every cast. The flounder were small, mostly in the low twentys but some of the rockling were big enough some of them up near thirty cms.
