First outing of the new year 28/01/11. More to try out new rod than anything elso, because condition were not great, Calm over the last few day and any wind was from the east. Deceided to try Fermoyle (Co.Kerry). Suft better than expected but it was not going to be a Bass day. 2nd cast nice flounder, about 1lb. returned. Fished for another hour, no more bites but at least new rod is run in
