Donaghadee Harbour, Co Down 21/01/11

#1 Post by Drew »

People: Dan and I

Duration: 6pm - 9pm

Tide: Extreme Low, tad of the push

Weather: Not as cold

Bait: Lugworm, Mackeral

Rigs: Loops, Flapper

Results: Dan, 1 Shore Rockling

Report:

3 hours of still rod tips and not much else really, tried in the mouth, over the back wall, and down the side.
About 2 hours in Dan managed a Shorey down the side, a new species for 2011 so he's happy enough.
All in all, better than sitting in the house, but I'd rather have been in Bangor giving her rice.
2015 Lure: Pollack, Herring, Whiting, Sand Goby, Poor Cod, Pouting

42 Species to beat 2011 & 2014
