What's the difference ? Shakespeare Salt long surf or salt b

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

The mx is rung for multiplier. Correct me if I'm wrong but is the long surf not a 3 piece?

If your after a 13ft 2 section rod and use a fixed spool go for the Shakespeare salt beach fs.

both rods are same length but have different casting ratio the long surf has 3 sections where as the beach has 2.beach casts 4 to 8 0z. my friend has one and says its more than capable from the rocks the long surf is 4 to 6 oz and only comes in fixed spool this rod prob better for beach.the long surf also comes in 14ft and 15ft which help the average caster get those extra yards best of luck :) :) :)
