Yeah, fair play to Yanto, a gent. I fished beside him and blanked. He found the fish in the last hour and did brilliantly, even put up with me introducing him to other lads as both "Anto" and "Vanto".

Thanks for the replies lads,at one stage i was thinking of the 12 hour round trip for a blank but the fish gods were looking out for me.

well done man! I heard it was tough going,i know of some very good anglers who blanked on the day,personally i dont like Benone,allways been a graveyard for me,but thats a different story. :oops:

very well done yanto, you ended up with an excellent number of fish on a really poor day, i blanked myself, hadnt a bite all day!
