Courtown, Wexford, 10th. Dec.

#1 Post by kevin o connor »

People : Myself, Southaussie and his two kids.

Duration 10 until 4 ish.

Tide Dropping

Weather : Cold but dry

Bait Some lug, squid and mack.

Rigs:

Results almost blanks.

Report Turned up at Courtown and met Justin (Southaussie). He had been fishing for an hour or more and his son had one small flounder. We moved over to the pier and fished for most of the day. With poor results. Just before we left Justin did manage to catch another small flounder. I pulled in at one stage and found a shrimp on my bottom hook.
The good thing about this report is that I did meet up with a fellow angler, thanks to the site. Looking forward to meeting up with more of you and learning a bit about this sea fishing lark.
I don't fish to catch fish. I just like using the gear.
If you think I am narky now, you should hear me when I'm in bad humour.
