h7 Headlamp
Just a quick post for anybody who is looking for a new headlamp i got one of these there the other day and its the best bit of gear i have bought this year for the price and quality. It has a 3 Watt 140 lumen LED which can be focused to give a beam of up to a claimed 528'. It is powered by 3 x AAA bateries (supplied) and has a run time of up to 75 hours (depending on power mode).I have a silva light that cost me twice what i paid for the h7(€40) and its no were near as bright. There are cheaper lamps like the energizer which are fine but for the extra few bob id certainly recommend the h7.

Re: h7 Headlamp
I have the h5 i think, - it is quite hard on batteries, although i am perfectly happy with it - lightweight and a comfortable fit. Love it. only paid 25 euro for it though

Just taken delivery of an H7R - haven't used it in anger yet but very impressed by the brightness and beam quality. It's also very small and light and seems to be well made.
