Results:codling,coalies,rockling and flounder

Report:
had some leftover bait from a dire session one annyreilly with sod and tony so met gordy down the south beach,he go their before me and had a few pan size codling before i arrived, weed was thick on the beach so thick i tripped over it a few times  by 9 ocklock gordys hunger was getting too much and with only a few codling and coaliesbetween us, he gave me 20 lug and headed home,no more than 20 minutes later the coalies came on the feed with most around 30 cm but two near 40 8) had about 10 all together a small flounder and two big shore rockling aswell had to go home at 10.30 cos i had gone through 40 lug in an hour and a half aswell as three big peelers ,fair play to gordy for getting me out ,just a shame he went just before the fun  no pics as it was too wet and cold for fishing never mind fishotography :!:

fair play lads, I was down there Sunday morning casting with Paddy and it was fairly weedy, we even saw a bloke dragging all his fishing gear down to the beach stand looking at the sea for 10 mins and then dragged all his gear back up to the carpark again :o Roger that makes up for the dire saturday evening session 8)
