Report:hit ferrypoint after a quick stop a mangans cove to set up camp when we arrived there was a few lads over to the right fishing so we set to the left and stright away gitsea m was into fish with a nice plump flounder at 38cm and then he had a few coalie then i took a walk over to the other lads to see thay were polish and had plenty of small codling in a bag no bigger than 30cm so i was talking to a lad from cork fishing a small bit away from the pols and he had a nice codling about 2lb so i headed back to my rod to see was there any action but no joy at this stage the tide had eased so we move around to fish the channel and we were into fish right away with us both geting a few coalies and codling all codling we small around 30-32cm and put back right away fishing was good until the tide started to run again so we packed up and headed back to cove for a few beers and more fishing witch was good (well for gitsea it was) he had plenty more coalie and a flounder i had 1 more coalie and lost 7 rigs in total so i packed up and had a few beers not a bad days fishing but was hoping for bigger codling

nice fishing there and a lovely flounder, some people cant get the idea that if you take all the small fish they will never be any large ones left, well done again

Well done Alan :D You's got a nice variety of fish during that session, it's shame about you losing all of those rigs though. You'll be busy making more for the next time out. That flounder in the first picture is a cracker! Great report and pictures, nice one.
