14th
Managed to fit in a few quick sessions over the past couple of weeks with the first one at a rock mark for half an hour’s spinning, where I picked up a lone Garfish went to take a pic but forgot camera in the car
24th
Decided to try the same beach as the 14th to see if any more Turbot were around. Arrived to a packed strand, made my way to a quiet corner & got set up with two rods one in close & the other at distance both baited with Mackerel, fishing was slow at first but just as it got dark picked up a small Sea Trout & Pollock. Can’t wait to give it a proper session in a couple of weeks with worm baits have a feeling its going to produce some good fishing over the winter
26th
Hit the rocks for couple of hours, not much to report just one lone Mackerel & a small Pollock so gave the wrasse a go insted with Limpets but they were few & Far between with just one Corkwing & one Ballan showing up they seem to be heading to the deeper water for the winter at some marks already
