Was it a blue g string? He's ok. I was doing a lot of lure fishing in that area over the summer and he was about. He's a good swimmer. I get the impression that if I wasn't there the g string would have been discarded. You should get a boat from Bulloch harbour and go to the 40 foot. Holy sh$t. I had to cover the children's eyes! Man in his 70's doing naked star jumps right in front of us. Anyway whiterock is a whiting zone only in the winter.
List 2010. fish

List 2011: less fish

2012: less fish again,

2013: even less fish.

is it? theres plenty of other species there other than whiting. this time of year ive had dogs, codling, bass, rockling, flounders, decent size coalies and small turbot on it. best fished on big tides over low water, say two hours either side. fish in fairly close over darkness. lug and rag tipped with mackerel strips will see you right. great spot, one of my favourites in dublin!

best advice for catching species is girls dont like fishing and its hard to catch fish when you sell all your gear'
