we fishing here to get out the way of the wind and couldnt fish the marks we wanted.
my daughter had a plaice and flounder on first cast, so i thought it was going to be one of these days with her catching all the fish. we didnt get much else for a few hours except wet from freek waves. but tide turned and headed out and started getting bites from small dabs i think and then came the coalies every cast so i was good fishing with the odd dogs thrown in.
the wane miss the best bite of the day with the rod coming up and over the rod stand and she still missed it.
i was gutted for her knowing it was probably a bass.
all in all a good day.

nice fishing nicki shame about the lost hook up on the big bite but sure,, it's stuff like that happening that keeps us coming back to the sea every week
