Leinster Council in conjunction with the National Recorder IFSA have agreed that the minimum
size limit for all eligible species in the upcoming Master Angler Shore 2010 event ( Oct 9th/Oct 10th) will be 18 cm.

sounds good to me i know this will get a good laugh buy how are the chosen beaches for the masters fishing at the moment
