Can anyone advise on the traveling time for this journey. We were flying over in October but the airline has now cancelled all flights from September on  . So we are looking at the ferries and driving across :x

From roslare make your way to waterford it should be well signposted. Don't cross the bridge there into the city but follow the dublin road for few miles out until see the signpost for Limerick and turn left. Its pretty much a straight run through a number of towns until you hit Limerick. From there you have to find your way across the bridges to get onto the road out to Ennis. The way isn't to well signposted until you getto the other side of the river. When you hit Ennis theres a well marked turn off for Kilrush and Kilkee. If your heading there on a friday evening there will be a huge line of cars going out that way. Try and miss Clonmel, Limerick and Waterford at rush hour.

Collins do a very detailed book of road maps that comes in at about 10 euro here.

Your best bet is going from Rosslare to Newross Waterford Clonmel Tipperary Limerick Ennis and then a straight road to Kilrush from Ennis but I recon it will take around 3-3.5 hours.

Thanks for the info lads, great help.
Fly-be airline as really messed up our plans  , I guess a few of the lads will be dropping out now, but the stalwarts (myself included) will still tackle the journey by road and ferry, although not looking forward to it  .
Patrick don't worry about the pic's, send then when you can mate.
