Fishing in Turkey, Gumbet??

Heading off for a few weeks in Gumbet, Turkey! So no fishing for 2 weeks :cry: :cry:

Was wondering if anyone knows of any fishing trips, and where to go to book them? Would be good to catch something a little bit different!

Never thought of that till it was too late when heading to Tunisia, although I did use a bent pin and some thread.
The fish kept wiggling off though.

well, iv fished in turkey a few times but not in gumbet, the fishing is best in winter and most of the angling boats dont go out in the summer, they use them for sight seeing trips instead but if you look around at the harbour you might find one. they usually fish for bream and other small fish with bait on the bottom, they get bass too, some huge ones but i don,t know if it would be too early for them yet.
