donaghadee boat fishing

Hi all. I need some advice for fishing out of donaghadee. I have been out twice and caught a gurnard, coalie and a couple of mackerel. I need advice on basically everything from lures, bait and where to fish. I have a boat moored in donaghadee private marina and currently just use feathers. If anybody has any advice please help!
