Report: ive been told of this mark many a time by the bass whisperer , but due to lazyness only got around to having a closer look this week had a half hearted try on monday no joy but tonite was better, lots of follows lost 1 fish probably a mack judging by the err trembling (of the fish) and got 2 bass in 1 schoolie and a nice plump fish about 4lb also nearly went for a swim trying to retrieve some bright shiny new hardware but it worked out in the end

Well done Seanie Good to see you've still got the magic when working those lures. I can't wait to get mine out again for a session or two. I would have loved to have been there to see you nearly fall in trying to get your lure back, I wouldn't have laughed at you mate I promise

Of course I would have laughed, you know me too well now for me to try and say otherwise. I would have asked you to do an action replay so that I could take a picture on my camera!! I could just imagine the swear words that would have came out of your mouth then alright......

good stuff Sean, lovely conditioned bass, might pop down for a few casts myself shortly, have the inlaws here atm, any excuse to get away

Sean, went back to that mark this evening, and zip, nada, not a sausage not even a tap , met up with a lad who was heading down there at the same time he had a ballan wrasse on a shallow diver and missed one bass, I also parted company with a couple of lures too (at least they were old ones!), loads of weed made fishing difficult with southerlies driving the weed onshore. P.S. I owe ye for the retrieval of that lure!!
Everyone should believe in something; I believe I’ll go fishing.
Well done Seanie and Declan always nice to get out but even better to get a result.Things should really start heating up down that way in the next few weeks and i know where ill be
